The location was easy to find, and accessible by public transport too as it was within walking distance to Redwood City bus terminal and Caltrain. The room was spacious and clean, and had its own bathroom. The counter staff was friendly. It had reasonable pricing too.

Microwave, fridge, big screen TV, comfortable bed, good lighting, bathroom worked fine. Managers and housekeeping were both polite and professional.

It was peaceful & we were very impressed on no loud noise a we managed to get well rested upon our stay there. I definitely will be back to stay again.

My microwave needed to be replaced. The staff gave a new microwave and set it up. I am a medical needs person and really appreciate the quick response.
